Sweet & Spicy Pickles

Locally grown sweet pickles with a spicy kick, hand battered and fried to a golden brown, served with ranch dressing.

Emmy's Chicken Tenders

Hand Battered chicken breast tenders, deep fried and served with your choice of ranch or honey mustard.

Smoked Wings

Ten smoked and flash fried chicken wings, served naked with CB’s dry rub or tossed in your choice of one of our house made sauces: buffalo, Nashville hot, BBQ, or garlic parmesan. Served with celery sticks and your choice of ranch or bleu cheese dressing.

Fried Green Tomatoes

A thick cut heirloom tomato, breaded and fried to perfection. Served atop a bed of roasted red pepper aioli and topped with crumbled feta cheese and green onions.


House made hummus, with olive tapenade. Served with grilled pita bread and lavosh crackers.

Southern Cheese Plate

Southern plate featuring a selection of locally sourced artisan cheese, andouille sausage, pimento cheese spread, smoked cheddar and gouda cheese, house made green tomato chutney. Served with grilled pita bread and lavosh crackers.

Cranberry Walnut Salad

Fresh chopped lettuce, feta cheese, sweet cranberries, tomatoes, and bacon. Served with our house made balsamic dressing.

Turkey Cobb Salad

Fresh chopped lettuce, bleu cheese, diced tomatoes, smoked bacon, egg, and smoked turkey. Served with choice of dressing.

Turkey Apple Crisp Sandwich

House smoked shaved turkey breast, crisp granny smith apples, applewood smoked bacon, swiss cheese and our house made cranberry aioli. Served on wheat berry toast. This signature sandwich has been highlighted in Country Weekly Magazine! +Add half avocado $2

Pulled Pork Sandwich

Pulled pork, slow smoked in house, then topped with house made creamy coleslaw. Served on a brioche bun and a side of CB’s BBQ sauce.

Portobello Sandwich

Marinated Portobello mushroom cap, grilled to perfection with grilled zucchini and squash, red onion, feta cheese and tomato.


Two thick cut heirloom tomatoes, breaded and fried to perfection with applewood smoked bacon, pimento cheese spread, smoked garlic aioli and romaine lettuce. Served on thick cut Texas toast.


Our perfectly seasoned and grilled USDA Black Angus burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, our signature sweet & spicy pickles and american cheese on a brioche bun.

Brisket Sandwich

Black Angus brisket, rubbed with CB’s dry rub, then slow smoked and sliced, topped with smoked cheddar cheese and smoked garlic aioli on a brioche bun.


Smoked Brisket Chimichanga

Slow smoked brisket stuffed inside a large flour tortilla with pickled green tomato salsa and bacon, then fried to golden perfection, and smothered with a smoked cheddar cheese mornay and topped with green onions. Served with Fries.


Slow smoked pork butt filets, rubbed down with CB's dry rub and slathered with CB's BBQ sauce, served with choice of 2 sides.


Tender USDA Black Angus beef pot roast, steeped in a red wide demi-glace, garlic, rosemary and thyme. Resting upon a piece of thick cut Texas toast.

Pulled Pork Platter

Pork butt rubbed with CB's dry rub and slow smoked for 18 hours. Pulled and served with roasted corn on the cob, garlic red skinned mashed potatoes, Texas toast, Tennessee slaw and a side of CB's BBQ sauce.

Braised Beef Short Ribs

11oz of our ages Angus beef, cooked sous vide, then seared to perfection. Served with a savory whiskey demi-glace and Texas toast.

Southern Alfredo Pasta

Sauteed bacon and veggies tossed in a white wine garlic cream sauce and macaroni noodles. Served with Texas toast. +Add smoked pork BBQ, smoked chicken, or smoked turkey $4 smoked brisket $5.
